光质对瓠瓜幼苗光合及若干生理特性的影响 被引量:17

摘要 为了探明瓠瓜对光质的生理响应机制,为设施栽培瓠瓜光质的选择及工厂化育苗专用光源的研制等提供一定的理论和技术依据,在南方塑料大棚内密闭式光照植物培养架中,以瓠瓜为试验材料,研究了不同LED光质(白光、红光、蓝光、黄光和绿光)对瓠瓜幼苗的光合及若干生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:红光处理有利于瓠瓜幼苗光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度的增加,提升其体内叶绿素、可溶性糖含量,而蓝光处理则有利于提高瓠瓜幼苗蛋白质含量和类胡萝卜素含量,绿光有利于减小膜脂过氧化程度,降低MDA含量,增强瓠瓜抗逆性。通过分析比较,认为可将红光作为瓠瓜幼苗生长的最适光源。 In order to find out the light qualitative physiological response mechanism, to provide a certain theoretical and techni- cal basis for selection of stand light qualitative tofacility cultivation of Lagenada siceraria ( MOL. ) stand and for the factory nursery of special light source,, we chose Lagenada siceraria (MOL.) stand as experimental materials, photosynthetic charac- teristics and physiological and biochemical properties were studied under different light quality (white, red, blue, yellow and green light) in the greenhouse of south China. The results showed that the red light was beneficial to increase the photosyn- thetic rate, the transpiration rate, the stomatal conductance, the content of chlorophyll and the content of soluble sugar, while the blue light could increase the content of carotenoids and the content of protein, and could reduce the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation, the content of MDA, and enhanced the resistance of bottle gourd. Through analysis and comparison, the red light could be as the most suitable source of Lagenada siceraria (MOL.) Stand.
