摘要
通过盆栽试验,研究了N、Mo肥对大蒜生长发育、品质和产量的影响,结果表明,当氮肥0.4 g·kg^(-1)和0.6 g·kg^(-1)时株高明显降低了3.85%、20.16%,叶面积缩小9.68%、34.74%;N在0.4 g·kg^(-1)范围内增施能提高苗蒜中Vc、蛋白质、氨基酸含量,但肥量过高出现负效应,随着N肥施用量增加可溶性糖含量呈减少趋势,硝态氮含量、硝酸还原酶活性提高,但还原速度远不及硝态氮的积累速度,导致大蒜硝酸盐积累。配施Mo肥有增加蛋白质、氨基酸的趋势,能提高硝酸还原酶活性,有利于降低硝态氮含量;氮肥过量产量反而下降8.40%~32.95%,配钼肥能显著提高苗蒜的产量。建议种植大蒜在施肥过程中应控制氮肥的施用量,并配施钼肥来改善品质和提高产量。
Through pot experiment N and Mo fertilizer of different combination effect on the growth, quality and yield of garlic was studied. The results showed that when the nitrogen fertilizer was 0. 4 g.kg-1 and 0. 6 g'kg 1nitrogen fertilizer, plant height significantly decreased by 3. 85%0, 20.16%, leaf area decreased 9.68% and a4.74%. Within the scope of NO. 4 g.kg i increasing nitrogen could raise seedling garlic, Vc, protein, amino acid content, but excessive fertilizer would be negative', with applying N fertilizer content increased gradually, which the soluble sugar content showed a trend of decrease, and nitrate content, NR activity of garlic sprout increased, but far less than the accumula- tion of nitrate reduction speed, caused garlic nitrate accumulation. Applying Mo fertilizer had a tendency to increase garlic sprout in protein, amino acid, improved the activity of NR, which was helpful to reduce the nitrate content; excessive nitrogen fertilizer production fell by 8.40%- 32.95 %, and applying Mo fertilizer could significantly increase the seedling production of garlic. Suggests should be controlled in the process of fertilization and applying N content and Mo fertilizer to improve the quality and increase production.
