摘要
目的建立高压罐消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定茶叶中美术绿的检测方法。方法建立标准曲线,并对方法的检出限、定量限及回收率进行分析。结果铅、铬标准曲线相关系数分别为0.999 3和0.999 6;方法检出限为0.001 6和0.002mg/kg;回收率:铅为94.8%~102%,铬为86%~108%。结论利用该方法检测茶叶中美术绿线性关系良好,方法灵敏度高,精密度和准确度好,满足检测要求。
[Objective]To establish a method for the determination of lead chrome green in tea by high pressure digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. [Methods]The standard curve was established. The limit of detection, the limit of quantification and recovery of the method were determined.[Results]The correlation coefficient of the standard curve for lead and chromium was 0.999 3 and 0.999 6 respectively. The limit of detection was 0.001 6 mg/kg and 0.002 mg/kg respectively. The recoveries for lead were between 94.8% and 102%,while those for chromium were between 86% and 108%. [Conclusion]The method shows good linearity for detecting the lead chrome green in tea,with high sensitivity,good precision and accuracy,which meets the testing requirements.
