摘要
目的了解南京市某铁矿开采企业采矿区在采矿作业过程中存在的各种职业病危害因素,调查采矿区通风系统设置状况,通风效率,从而分析该通风系统防护效果。方法采用现场职业卫生调查法、职业病危害因素检测,通过卫生工程检测,分析通风系统控制效果。结果该铁矿企业采矿区主要采用全面通风的方式,通风系统为多级机站通风系统,总体呈现"南北进风,东西回风"的格局,经检测,采区风速大于0.25 m/s,符合要求,有效风量率为71.19%≥60%,满足要求。各岗位空气中化学性职业病危害因素浓度均符合职业卫生相关要求。结论该铁矿开采企业通风系统的风速、有效风量率均符合要求,各岗位空气中化学性职业病危害因素浓度均符合要求,该企业设置的全面通风系统能有效降低采矿区作业场所空气中尘毒物质的浓度。
[Objective]To understand the occupational hazard factors during productive process in the mining area of an iron ore mining enterprise, investigate the establishment conditions of ventilation system in mining area, explore the ventilation efficiency,and analyze the protective effect of ventilation system. [Methods]By using the field occupational health investigation and occupational hazard factors detection,the control effect of ventilation system was analyzed by health engineering testing.[Results]The comprehensive ventilation was adopted in the mining area of the iron ore mining enterprise. By using the multistage fan station ventilation system,it presented an overall pattern of air enter from south and north,and return from east and west.The wind speed in the mining area was higher than 0.25 m/s,and the effective air volume rate was 71.19%(≥60%),which met the standards.The concentrations of chemical occupational hazards in air of all posts accorded with the requirements of the relevant occupational health standards. [Conclusion]The wind speed and effective air volume rate of ventilation system in this enterprise both meet the standards,and the concentrations of chemical occupational hazards in air of all posts accord with the requirements of the relevant occupational health standards. The comprehensive ventilation system can effectively reduce the concentration of dust and toxicants in the workplace air.
