Supplier's Innovation Contribution to Manufactures——The Moderating Effects of Supplier Integration and Purchasing Integration Capability

对创新型供应商的识别和利用进行实证研究,构建了供应商知识管理和协作能力对供应商创新贡献的关系模型,用层次回归对516份问卷数据进行实证分析。结果表明:(1)知识管理和协作能力是创新型供应商的重要特质,是其提供创新贡献的基本保证;(2)供应商集成和采购集成能力正向调节知识管理和协作能力与供应商创新贡献间的影响关系。供应商的创新特质与供应商集成和采购集成能力间的交互影响是成功实施企业和供应商协作创新的关键。

This paper empirically investigates the identification and exploitation of innovative suppliers. Theoretical model of how supplier＇s knowledge management and collaborative capability influencing supplier＇s innovation contribution is put forward. Then hierarchical regression is chosen to test the 516 survey data. The results show that： knowledge management and collaborative capability are key characteristics of innovative suppliers.Supplier integration and purchasing integration capability positively moderate impacts of knowledge management and collaborative capability on suppliers＇ innovation contribution.The combined innovation effect of suppliers＇ innovative characteristics and supplier integration and purchasing integration capability is important for successful collaborative innovation.
