摘要
基于363名员工的问卷调查,实证研究了绩效考核目标取向对企业员工非伦理行为的影响。结果表明:评估取向的绩效考核对非伦理行为有显著的正向影响,发展取向的绩效考核对非伦理行为有显著的负向影响;工作控制显著弱化了两种取向的绩效考核与非伦理行为之间的关系。
Taking 363 employees as the sample,this paper studies the effects of performance appraisal orientation on employee unethical behavior. The empirical research results show that,evaluative performance appraisal has significantly positive effect on employees' unethical behaviors while developmental performance appraisal has significantly negative effect on employees' unethical behaviors,and these relationships are moderated significantly by the degree of job control.
