摘要
基于创业导向理论、说服理论和资源基础观,以企业内部工作团队为研究对象,提出团队创业导向概念并构建中介调节模型;以基层团队为研究对象,探讨了创业导向与绩效之间的关系,通过数据收集对模型进行了验证。
Based on the theory of entrepreneurial orientation,persuasion theory and resource base view,this study focused on the entrepreneurial orientation of work teams,proposed a concept of team entrepreneurial orientation,and built a moderated-mediation model. It explored the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and performance by taking the grassroot groups as research objects. Data was collected through survey so as to test the conceptual model.
