On the New Development of the Collective Efficacy in the Field of Organization

摘要 通过文献梳理,从效能感理论概念、测量方法、影响因素以及影响效果和作用机制等方面介绍了集体效能感理论的发展前沿。探讨了中国学者研究集体效能感的机遇与挑战,为后续研究提供建议。 Based on the previous researches of collective efficacy,this article analyzes the frontier issue from the perspective of the concept,its measurement,antecedents,outcomes and operations. The challenges and opportunities for Chinese scholars are discussed and further implications are given.
