Knowledge Transfer Research Evolution Path Combing and Frontier Hot Spot Analysis——Based on Citation Analysis and Word Analysis Method

摘要以1994~2015年WOS引文数据库下知识转移相关文献为数据基础,运用Cite Spsce III对数据进行可视化分析。研究发现：知识转移可归纳为五类研究视角;三条研究基本路径;分析得到知识转移的研究前沿——知识转移与创新的内在联系;运用复杂网络方法研究知识转移问题。研究热点集中体现在：创新、并购中的知识转移、项目型组织的知识转移等。 Based on 1994 ~ 2015 WOS citation database,this paper takes a visualization analysis by Cite Space III. The research found that knowledge transfer can be summarized as five kinds of research perspectives; three research base path;and the frontier——the relationship between knowledge transfer and innovation; research the knowledge transfer problems by complex network. In addition,the research hot spot have innovation,knowledge transfer in mergers and acquisitions,and the project-based organization,etc.
