摘要
以一条汽车内饰装配线为研究对象,将遗传算法运用于双边装配线中。设计了该遗传算法的编码规则和译码方法,并构造了适应度函数,确定了初始化种群的选择机制和选取方法,给出了种群交叉和变异的方法。最终,验证了算法的有效性,使生产线获得较好的平衡率。
Taking a trim assembly line as the research object, genetic algorithm is used in the two-side assembly line. The encoding and decoding method is designed, the fitness function is constructed, the initial population selection method and the choice mechanism are determined. The crossover and mutation methods of the population are presented. Furthermore,algorithm effectiveness is validated, the result distribution is used to get better balance rate of production line.
