摘要
汽车转向拉杆球接头总成是汽车上的重要零件,其强度和可靠性是汽车能否安全行驶的重要指标之一。按照相关标准对转向拉杆的要求,设计了一种转向拉杆球接头总成试验台。介绍了该试验台的实验条件及参数设定、试验台的机械结构设计以及试验台的测控系统设计。
The car steering link connector is an important part in the car, and the strength and reliability of it is one of the important indexes of car safety. According to the market requirements of car steering link connector, we design an experiment table for car steering link connector. The paper introduces the experiment condition, parameter setting,mechanical structure design and measurement and control system of this experiment table.
