摘要
针对TSNC-A1M系统国产五轴加工中心的特点,建立了双转台结构五轴加工中心回转轴偏置距离的测量方法,将测得的偏置距离用于后置处理定制。并以整体叶轮为例进行了程序编辑、机床建模和加工仿真,在五轴机床上成功进行实际切削,验证了偏置距离测量方法和后置处理的正确性。
Based on characteristics of domestic 5-axis machine center with TSNC-A1M control system, this paper proposes a measuring method for offset distance of 5-axis double-rotary-tables machine center. The measured value is used to customize the 5-axis post processor. Taking an integral impeller as a test specimen, the programming and simulation are carried out under the Power MILL and VERICUT environment, then the generated NC-code is executed successfully for confirmatory cutting at the 5-axis machine center as well. Therefore, the feasibility and applicability of the measuring method and the customized post processor are proved.
