摘要
为掌握高速卷烟生产设备的运行情况,对ZB28包装机组中的YB528机型热封轮装置的端面热封原理和运动特性进行了分析。以往设备中仅进行一次端面热封,并且不同速度下加热烟包的时间不同,从而影响烟包透明纸的包装质量。为使烟包透明纸端面在不同速度下加热时间相同,YB528机型在端面预加热后,增加了热封轮装置,利用步进电动机控制补偿凸轮,对固定凸轮控制的加热时间进行调整,从而实现不同速度端面热封时间恒定,提高了烟包透明纸包装质量的稳定性。
To grasp the running situation of the high speed cigarette manufacturing equipment, the end heat sealing principle and movement characteristics of heat sealing roller unit in YB528 of ZB28 high-speed packing units are analyzed.End face heater driven by single mechanical cam could cause different heating time with different machine velocity in previous equipment, which will affect the quality of cigarette packets film. In the YB528 machine, compensatory cam driven by step motor and fixed cam are applied to control the movement of end face heater to keep heating time steady under different machine velocity, so as to improve the quality stability of transparent cigarette packets film.
