日粮添加茶籽饼粕对肉鸡屠宰性能、血液生化指标和十二指肠黏膜免疫功能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 研究旨在探讨日粮添加茶籽饼粕对肉鸡屠宰性能、血液生化指标和十二指肠黏膜免疫功能的影响。选取1日龄健康AA肉公鸡150只,随机分为5个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复6只。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验组日粮在基础日粮中分别添加0.50%、0.75%和1.00%的茶籽饼粕,同时设置300 mg/kg金霉素对照组,试验期为35 d。测定21和35日龄肉鸡的屠宰性能、血液生化指标和十二指肠黏膜免疫指标。结果表明,与对照组相比,日粮添加0.50%茶籽饼粕对21和35日龄肉鸡屠宰性能没有显著影响(P>0.05),可显著提高21日龄血清白蛋白含量(P<0.05)、十二指肠黏膜中Ig G含量(P<0.01);日粮添加0.50%茶籽饼粕降低35日龄肉鸡十二指肠黏膜中IL-2、TNF-α和SIg A含量(P<0.05或P<0.01),但与金霉素组差异不显著(P>0.05)。提示肉鸡饲养早期可以添加茶籽饼粕,添加剂量应控制在0.50%以下。 The present study was aimed to investigate the effect of dietary tea seed meal on carcass performance, blood biochemical index and duodenal mucosal immune function in broilers. A total of 150 one-day-age healthy male chicks were randomly allocated into five dietary treatments. Each treatment had five replicates and each replicate had six chicks. The chicks of control group were fed corn-soybean diet and treatment groups were fed corn-soybean diet supplemented with 0.50%,0.75% and 1.00% tea seed meal. The chicks of positive control group were fed corn-soybean diet supplemented with 300 mg/kg chlortetracycline. The trail period was 35 days. Carcass performance,blood biochemical index and duodenal mucosal immune index of broilers at 21 and 35 days of age were measured. The results showed that compared with control group, there was no significant difference in carcass performance of broilers fed with 0.50% tea seed meal at 21 and 35 days of age (P〉0.05),and serum albumin content and IgG content in duodenal mucosa at 21 days of age were significantly increased (P〈0.05);the content of IL-2,TNF-α and SIgA in duodenal mucosa in broilers at 35 days of age fed with 0.50% tea seed meal were significantly decreased (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),but the significant difference was not found between 0.50% tea seed meal group and 300 mg/kg chlortetracycline group(P〉0.05). The broilers at the early growth could be fed tea seed meal and the appropriate amount of dietary tea seed meal was 0.50% or less.
