摘要
为评估洪泽湖蓄滞洪区内西气东输地下储气库建设对洪泽湖周边淮阴滞洪区的影响,利用MIKE 21模拟破圩滞洪后的洪水演进过程。模拟选取对工程最不利情况的圩区进洪,在淮阴滞洪区内选取3个区域共计13个特征点,对比分析工程建设前后洪水流势与流态,淹没水深、峰现时间等。结果表明,工程建设对淮阴蓄滞洪区的运用影响甚小。同时与江苏省水利勘测设计研究院对洪泽湖周边蓄滞洪区分级运用的研究成果进行对比,验证了结论的合理性。研究成果为该区域的防洪应用提供了依据。
In order to assess the impact of using flood storage and detention area near the Hongze Lake after the construction of west-east gas underground storage,Mike 21 was adopted to build a flood routing numerical model.This article compared the impact factors such as the flood flow,inundated depths and arrival time of flood peak based on the most unfavorable situation to engineering in 13 feature points of three areas.The conclusion illustrated that the construction of west-east gas underground storage has little impact on the using flood storage and detention area.The results of the model agree well with the study results of Jiangsu Provincial Water Conservancy Survey and Design Institute.The research result provided basis for regional flood control.
