边坡预应力锚索摩阻力现场试验研究

摘要 为分析预应力锚索的摩阻力对锚索支护效果的影响程度和影响因素,利用一种让压器的恒阻让压特性,对锚索的摩阻力进行测试。试验结果显示,锚索摩阻力达到孔口张拉力的25%-40%,严重影响锚索的支护效果。通过不同长度锚索的对比试验发现,摩阻力的大小与锚索长度呈加速增加的趋势,且锚索钢绞线的顺直程度是影响摩阻力大小的主要因素。 In order to analyze the influence of frictional resistance of pre-stressed anchor on the supporting effect of the anchor,the values of frictional resistance are successfully tested with a kind of yielding equipment which has an external transverse field for pre-tension.The test results show that when the frictional resistance value of the anchor is up to25%-40%tensile force value of the orifice,the influence on the supporting effect is seriously.According to the comparative experiments of the anchors with different lengths,we find that with the anchor's length increases,the value of the frictional resistance increases quickly.Furthermore,the straight degree of the steel strands of the anchor is the main factor for influencing the value of the frictional resistance.
