摘要
结合温州市某围海造地工程,采用可注浆的高真空竖向排水滤管代替传统的排水板,将真空预压法与注浆技术联合起来,对初次地基处理后的吹填土进行二次地基处理。同时通过现场监测,分析了试验区的地表沉降、孔隙水压力等变化情况,并结合室内土工试验、平板载荷试验和静力触探试验,验证了加固后的效果。结果表明,该方法降低了真空传递的损耗,减少了二次成孔的时间和成本,在土体内部形成复合地基,工期缩短、地基承载力提高显著,为该工法的应用和发展提供了技术参考。
Taking a land reclamation project in Wenzhou City,the traditional draining board was replaced by high vacuum vertical drainage filter which can be grouted to treat the dredger fill for the second time after initial ground treatment.Meanwhile,this paper analyzed the change conditions of surface settlement and pore water pressure by field monitoring.The effects of the consolidation were verified by indoor soil test,plate loading test and the static penetration test.The results indicate that this technology reduces loss in vacuum transfer,time and cost of secondary pore-creating,forms compound foundation within land.Therefore,the method has short project period and obvious improve in bearing capacity of foundation.It can provide technical references for application and development of this engineering method.
