摘要
目的:探讨舌鳞癌病理标本中高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)的表达对肿瘤疾病转归的影响。方法:收集资料完整的舌鳞癌患者首次手术病理标本,选择生存期2年以内的病例22例,5年以上的病例10例。采用免疫组织化学染色法观察各标本HMGB1、血管内皮因子(VEGF)的阳性表达及微血管密度,分析比较组间差异。结果:两组不同转归结果的舌癌组织中HMGB1、VEGF阳性表达及微血管密度存在显著差异(P<0.01)。HMGB1表达高的组织有更高的VEGF表达和微血管密度。结论:舌鳞状上皮癌组织中HMGB1的表达与疾病转归有关。HMG1的表达在一定程度上可用作反映舌鳞状上皮癌预后的的重要生物学指标。
Objective:To investigate the expression of high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1) in tongue squamous cell carcinoma and its relation to the prognosis of tumor diseases. Method:Surgical pathology specimen were collected, 22 cases of which survival time less than two years after operation, and 10 cases more than five years.The positive expression of HMGB1 and vascular endothelial factor(VEGF) and microvessel parameters were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Observe the difference between groups. Result:There are significant differences in the positive expression of HMGB1、VEGF and microvessel density in two different outcomes of tongue cancer groups(P〈0.01).high expression of HMGB1 in tongue cancer tissure accompany more high expression of VEGF expression and microvessel density. Conclusion:The expression of HMGB1 in tongue squamous cell carcinoma was related to the prognosis of the disease. HMG1 can be used as an important biological indicator for the prognosis of tongue squamous cell carcinoma.
