上颌窦内提升术中翻瓣和不翻瓣术式种植术后的疼痛观察

Pain experience of flapless crestal maxillary sinus lift with simultaneous implant

目的:比较翻瓣和不翻瓣术式下行上颌窦内提升术同期种植术后的疼痛反应。方法:将48例需要行上颌窦内提升的种植患者,根据翻瓣与不翻瓣术式随机分为两组,采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)和语言模拟量表(VRS)评价患者术后1周内的疼痛程度。结果:在术后当日、术后第3 d及术后第7 d,视觉模拟量表(VAS)和语言模拟量表(VRS)两组间比较均有显著性差异。结论:不翻瓣术式下行上颌窦内提升术的种植患者比翻瓣术式者疼痛情况轻。

Objective：To compare the pain experience of flapless and traditional flap crestal maxillary sinus lift with simultaneous implant on maxillary posterior region. Method：The sudy consisted of 48 patients who were referred for crestal maxillary sinus lift with simultaneous implant on maxillary posterior region.The patients were divided into two groups randomly by flapless and flap.They were requested to fill out a questionnaire using a visual analog scale（VAS）and verbal rating scale（VRS） to evaluate the pain experienced in the day of the surgery（D0）、3 days after surgery（D3） and 7 days after surgery（D7）.Result：The results showed a significant difference in pain scores on the VAS with flap group in D0（P〈0.05）,D3（P〈0.01）,D7（P〈0.05）.The percent of patients who felt no pain（VRS score=0） was higher with flapless group（36.4 %at D0 versus 15.4 %）.A significant difference in pain scores on the VRS with flap group in D0（P〈0.05）,D3（P〈0.01）,D7（P〈0.05）which was share highly similarity with VAS method. Conclusion：Patients experienced less pain with flapless crestal maxillary sinus lift.
