摘要
研究了不同接枝率的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)对聚丙烯(PP)/乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)/nanoCaCO_3复合材料性能的影响,并对复合材料的微观形貌、流变性能和力学性能进行表征。结果表明,PP-g-MAH的加入改善了nano-CaCO_3与基体之间的相容性,促进了nano-CaCO_3的分散,提高了复合材料的力学性能。高接枝率PP-gMAH对材料的冲击强度提升幅度更高,且拉伸强度和弯曲强度保持稳定。当其添加量为5%时,复合材料的冲击强度和拉伸强度分别提高76.4%和14.7%。
The effects of PP-g-MAH with different grafting ratio on polypropylene (PP)/polyethyleneoctene elastomer (POE)/nano-CaCO3 composites were studied. The microstructure, theology properties and mechanical properties of the composites were also characterized. The results show that the compatibility and dispensability between nano-CaCO3 and PP matrix can be greatly improved with the addition of PP-g-MAH, leading to the improvement of mechanical properties. PP-g-MAH with higher grafting ratio is more effective on improving the impact strength, of which the addition is 5%, the impact strength and tensile strength increase by 76.4% and 14.7%, respectively.
