摘要
对回收过程中的聚合物进行了表征,探讨了聚苯乙烯泡沫溶胶浓度和温度对黏度的影响,同时通过裂解温度、数均摩尔质量、多分散性系数以及红外光谱分析检测,分析了聚合物的降解情况。通过改进实验方法,橘皮挥发油回收率达到了91.1%以上,并能回收较高品质的聚合物材料。
In this work, polystyrene foams (EPS) was characterized in recycling process. The Effects of the concentration of EPS colloidal solution and the temperature on the sol viscosity were studied, and the decomposition of EPS was analyzed by decomposition temperature, number-average molar mass, polydispersity coefficient and infra-red spectroscopic analysis. The results show that the recycle rate of volatile oil can be higher than 91.1%, and the polymer can be easily recycled in good quality.
