摘要
为塔里木河沿岸湿地保护与植被恢复提供理论依据,采用野外调查取样与室内萌发试验相结合的方法,对塔里木河流域河流湿地地表植被组成、土壤种子库物种组成及二者之间的关系进行研究。结果表明:塔里木河河流湿地地表植被物种数有23种,土壤种子库共计萌发物种22种,伴生种少,稳定性较低;土壤种子库密度为240~933粒/m2,属较低水平,并且随着流域呈衰减趋势;地表植被与土壤种子库相似性系数以一年生草本植物为主的群落高,多年生草本植物为主的群落相似性系数低;以土壤种子库恢复地表植被的潜力较小,需要适度的人为干预与调控。
To provide theoretical basis for wetland conservation and vegetation recovery of Tarim River,the aboveground vegetation,soil seed bank,and the relationship between them of riverine wetland types in Tarim River were studied through field investigation and sampling combined with indoor germination test method.Results:The species number of aboveground vegetation and soil seed bank in riverine wetland reached 23 and 22respectively.Compared with the natural wetland,the accompanying species was less,the stability was low.The density of the soil seed bank was between 240~933seed/m2,belonging to the low level.The soil seed bank decreased in watershed.Compared with perennial herb community,the similarity coefficient was higher in annual herb community between aboveground vegetation and soil seed bank.The potential was smaller of restoring vegetation with soil seed bank,moderate manual intervention and regulation were necessary.
