成都市新型职业农民培训模式及其效果影响因素

Training Modes of New Professional Farmers and Factors Influencing Training Effect in Chengdu

成都市新型职业农民试点开展以来,已形成依托专合组织型、优势产业型与周边院校型等典型培训模式。为了对新型职业农民培训工作提供参考,以成都市(崇州、金堂、蒲江)3个全国新型职业农民培育试点县为研究区域,依据304份农户问卷、43份专家咨询问卷,分析和比较成都市新型职业农民培训的典型模式,并运用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法分析影响成都市新型职业农民培训效果的因素。研究发现,在培训初期,政策扶持度、培训内容、政策宣传度、教学方式是影响培训效果的关键因素,在此基础上从增加政策供给和宣传、优化培训要素等方面提出政策建议。

The typical training modes of specialized cooperative organizations,dominant industries,surrounding colleges and so on have been formed since the pilot project of new professional farmers was launched in Chengdu.The typical training modes of new professional farmers were compared based on the survey results from 347 questionnaires including 304 farmer households and 43 experts in three pilot counties in Chengdu and then the factors influencing the training effect of new professional farmers were analyzed by analytic hierarchy process（AHP）and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation（FCE）.Results：The key factors influencing the training effect of new professional farmers are policy support,training content,policy propaganda and teaching methods at the initial stage.The suggestions of enforcing policy support and propaganda and optimizing training content are proposed in the paper at the same time.
