健脾除湿法对IFG患者干预的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Strengthening Spleen and Removing Dampness Method on the Intervention of IFG Patients

目的探讨饮食、运动疗法+口服健脾除湿方对痰湿内盛型空腹血糖受损(IFG)患者的治疗情况。方法将140例IFG患者分为治疗组70例给予饮食、运动疗法+口服健脾除湿方,对照组70例给予饮食、运动疗法治疗2月后观察患者空腹血糖及疗效。结果治疗组空腹血糖较对照组降低,疗效亦优于对照组。结论饮食、运动疗法+口服健脾除湿方能明显改善痰湿内盛型IFG患者的空腹血糖及临床症状。

Objective To Study the effect of diet,exercise therapy and oral strengthening spleen and removing dampness prescription on impaired fasting glucose of dampness-phlegm. Methods 140 cases of IFG patients were divided into treatment group of 70 cases who were given the diet,exercise therapy and oral strengthening spleen and removing dampness prescription and the control group of 70 cases were given the diet and exercise therapy. The fasting blood glucose and the curative effect of the patients after treatment of two months were observed. Results The fasting blood glucose of the treatment group significantly decreased comparing with the control group,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Diet,exercise therapy and oral strengthening spleen and removing dampness prescription can improve the clinical symptoms and fasting blood glucose of IFG patients of dampness-phlegm.
