浅谈中医中药辨证施治治疗脑血管痉挛性头痛的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on TCM Treatment based on Syndrome Differentiation in Treating Cerebral Vasospasm Headache

目的探讨脑血管痉挛性头痛采用中医中药辨证施治临床效果。方法本次选取脑血管痉挛性头痛患者80例,均为我院2013年5月—2014年5月收治,随机分组,就西医常规治疗(对照组40例)与中医中药辨证施治(观察组40例)效果展开对比。结果观察组选取的脑血管痉挛性头痛病例临床总有效率为95%,明显高于对照组65%,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组采用TCD检测血流平均流速、收缩峰值改善率,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑血管痉挛性头痛采用中医中药辨证施治治疗,可显著提高临床效果,有一定安全性,促使预后改善,对保障患者生存质量意义重大。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation in treating cerebral vasospasm headache. Methods 80 cases of patients with cerebral vascular headache in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were selected,and they were randomly divided into control group of 40 cases received conventional treatment and observation group of 40 cases received TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation. The effect was compared. Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was95%,which was significantly higher than 65% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. By TCD detector,the mean flow velocity and peak systolic improvement rate of the observation group was significantly higher that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation in treating cerebral vasospasm headache can significantly improve the clinical effect,there is a certain security,prompt the improvement of prognosis,and it has significant protection in improving quality of life of patient.
