外伤性玻璃体积血无光感眼玻切手术疗效分析

Effect of vitrectomy on injuried eyes with vitreous hemorrhage without light perception

目的探讨机械性眼外伤玻璃体积血无光感眼玻璃体切除术的疗效。方法回顾性分析2l例（21眼）眼外伤玻璃体积血无光感眼玻璃体切除术的临床资料。结果6例（28．57％）术后视力达到光感及光感以上视力。其中外伤后1个月内手术者16例中的6例（37．5％），术后达到光感及光感以上视力。结论部分眼外伤后玻璃体积血无光感眼经及时的玻璃体视网膜手术治疗有可能获得一定的视力。

Objective To evaluate the effect of vitrectomy for traumatic vitreous hemorrhage on eyes without light perception. Methods Clinical data of 21 cases of traumatic vitreous hemorrhage without light perception were analysed retrospectively. Results The postoperative visual acuity of 6 out of 21 cases reached to light perception or better. Conclusion Timely vitrectomy maybe helpful for visual acuity restoration for some traumatized vitreous hemorrhage eyes without light perception.
