The Experience of Professor Niu Yang in Treating Allergic Rhinitis with Shige Decoction combined with Yupingfeng Powder

目的总结牛阳教授运用石葛汤联合玉屏风散治疗过敏性鼻炎经验。方法对牛阳教授20多年治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床心得记录及分析。结果牛阳教授认为过敏性鼻炎为临床常见病、多发病,且病程长,易反复发作。虽然过敏性鼻炎病因病机复杂且不易治愈,但其基本病机为肺气虚弱,邪热郁肺,故在治疗时强调祛邪固卫,标本兼治,以达到良好效果。结论石葛汤联合玉屏风散加减治疗过敏性鼻炎效果显著。

Objective To summarize the experience of Professor Niu Yang in the treating allergic rhinitis with Shige decoction combined with Yupingfeng powder. Method The clinical experience of Professor Niu Yang in the treating allergic rhinitis in 20 years was recorded and analyzed. Results Professor Niu Yang thought that allergic rhinitis is clinical common disease,frequently occurring disease,and the disease course is long and easy to relapse. Although the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis is complex and not easy to cure,but the basic pathogenesis is deficiency of lung qi,stagnation of pathogenic heat in the lung. In the treatment,eliminating pathogen and consolidating body resistance,treating both manifestation and root cause of disease can achieve good effect. Conclusion The Shige decoction combined with Yupingfeng powder in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has significant effect.
