放血疗法治疗顽固性膝关节骨性关节炎30例

Bloodletting Therapy in the Treatment of Stubborn Knee Joint Osteoarthritis for 30 Cases

目的观察放血疗法治疗顽固性膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法腘静脉放血3~5ml,一周一次。结果 30例患者中治愈6例,显效15例,好转7例,无效2例,总有效率为93.3%。结论放血疗法能够明显缓解顽固性膝关节骨性关节炎患者临床症状,改善患者膝关节功能,具有临床使用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of bloodletting therapy in the treatment of stubborn knee joint osteoarthritis. Methods Popliteal venous was taken blood 3 to 5ml,once a week. Results 15 cases had significant effect,7 cases had improvement of clinical symptoms,2 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 93. 3%. Conclusion Bloodletting therapy can significantly relieve symptoms of stubborn knee arthritis,and improve the knee function. It has clinical value.
