四逆汤治疗阳虚之心衰72例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Sini Decoction in the Treatment of Heart Failure of Yang Deficiency for 72 Cases

目的观察四逆汤加减治疗心衰的临床效果。方法选符合心衰(阳虚)[1]诊断标准的病例共72例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例。治疗组在西医给予补充血容量、强心、血管活性药物应用及对症治疗的基础上,加用四逆汤辨证治疗;对照组单纯给予补充血容量、强心、血管活性药物应用等西医治疗,疗程7天。结果治疗组显效30例,有效3例,无效3例,总有效率91.67%;对照组显效26例,有效0例,无效10例,总有效率72.22%。结论治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P>0.05),四逆汤辨证治疗阳虚之心衰有显著疗效。

Objective To observed the clinical effect of modified Sini decoction in the treatment of heart failure. Methods Selecting 72 cases of patients met diagnostic criteria of heart failure of yang deficiency,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and each group had 36 cases. The treatment group received additionally Sini decoction on the basis of Western medicine of supplement blood capacity,basic cardiac,vasoactive agent and symptomatic treatment. The control group was given Western medicine of supplement blood capacity,basic cardiac,vasoactive agent and symptomatic treatment. The course of treatment was seven days. Result In the treatment group,30 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was91. 67%. In the control group,26 cases were markedly effective,0 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 72. 22%. Conclusion The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〉 0. 05）. Sini decoction in the treatment of heart failure of yang deficiency has significant effect.
