加味全真一气汤配合西药治疗气阴两虚型心力衰竭随机对照研究

Randomized Controlled Study on Modified Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Heart Failure of Qi and Yin Deficiency

目的探讨加味全真一气汤配合西药治疗气阴两虚型心力衰竭的临床疗效及应用价值。方法选取91例气阴两虚型心力衰竭患者,随机分为西医组和中西医组,西医组给予常规抗心衰治疗,中西医组在常规西医治疗的基础上加用加味全真一气汤,比较两组患者在治疗前后的心功能分级、中医证候评分、血浆B型利钠肽(BNP)水平。结果与西医组相比,中西医组心功能改善程度显著高于西医组(P<0.05),中医证候评分有效率显著高于西医组(P<0.05),BNP下降幅度≥30%的患者所占比例显著高于西医组(P<0.05)。结论加味全真一气汤配合西药治疗有利于缓解气阴两虚型心衰患者的临床症状,改善心功能状况,因此,加味全真一气汤对慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of modified Quanzhen Yiqi decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of heart failure of qi and yin deficiency. Methods 91 cases of patients with heart failure of qi and yin deficiency were randomly divided into Western medicine group and integrated medicine group. The Western medicine group was treated with conventional Western medicine. The integrated medicine group was treated with modified Quanzhen Yiqi decoction on the basis of the conventional Western medicine. The cardiac functional grade,Chinese medical syndrome score and B-type natriuretic peptide of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results Comparing with the Western medicine group,the integrated medicine group was significantly higher in the improvement of cardiac functional grade and Chinese medical syndrome score（ P〈 0. 05）,the level of BNP of the integrated medicine group decreased more than 30%,which was significantly more than Western medicine group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions The modified Quanzhen Yiqi decoction combined with Western medicine was beneficial in alleviating heart failure symptoms and cardiac function of heart failure of qi and yin deficiency,and it is high application value.
