在新媒体环境下,一旦发生突发性危机事件,信息就会迅速扩散,引发公众密切关注,不可避免会给政府的危机公关带来全新挑战。由于当前我国地方政府在危机公关方面还存在意识淡薄、信息发布不主动透明、危机公关方式方法简单等诸多问题,因此,政府必须把握新媒体环境下公关传播的新特点,调整危机公关策略,快速反应,积极应对,加强与公众沟通与交流,从而做到化"危"为"机",塑造政府良好的公众形象。
