广西农村实用技术培训的基本经验

The Basic Experience of Practical Technical Training in Rural Areas of Guangxi

改革开放以来,党和政府高度重视对农民进行实用技术培训。广西在农村实用技术培训实践中,取得了明显成效,积累了丰富的经验:一是建设一支高素质的教师队伍,为开展农村实用技术培训提供师资保证;二是立足于实际,丰富培训内容,把先进农村实用技术传授给农民;三是积极探索多种培训方式和手段,增强实效性和针对性;四是依托科技项目和主题活动,有力地推进农村实用技术培训工作。
