摘要
以配体N’N’-2[(吡啶-2-基)苯亚甲基]1,2-环己二胺(H2L)为配体,合成了双核Cu(Ⅱ)配合物Cu2L,并用红外光谱(IR)、低分辨质谱(MS)、元素分析对其结构进行了表征。通过紫外可见吸收光谱法(UV)、圆二色光谱法(CD)探究金属配合物和血清白蛋白(BSA)之间的作用方式。结果表明:配合物与BSA的结合引起了蛋白质的二级结构发生变化;配合物与BSA之间的结合类型主要靠氢键和范德华力作用力结合。
A Cu(Ⅱ) complex(Cu2L) derived from Schiff base ligand(H2L= N',N'-bis [(pyridine-2-yl)benzybenzylidene]ethane-1,2-diamine) was synthesized and characterized by IR, NMR, MS. The binding way of complex and bovine serum albumin(BSA) was investigated. The results showed that the combination with compound caused the change in the secondary structure of the protein. The binding types of complex and BSA were mainly based on hydrogen bond and Van der Waals' force.
