摘要
用什么标准衡量教育质量,衡量高效教学,怎样提高质量,实现高效教学,一直是中小学教改的两大热门话题。特别是2010年7月《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》的公布,"教育质量"成为《纲要》的核心词汇。教学改革追求教学的高质高效,彰显出前所未有的重要性,标志着国家教育改革已经进到内涵发展的阶段。文章以建构理论为基础,从有效操作的教学模式出发,具体阐述如何实现中学语文教学高质高效的问题。
What criteria are used to measure the quality of education and effective teaching, and how to improve the quality and implement the effective teaching, are two popular topics in the reform of primary and middle schools. The teaching reform in pursuit of high quality and efficiency, highlights the unprecedented importance, and the national reform in education has gone into the development stage. Based on the constructivist theory, and starting from the effective teaching mode, the paper specifically discusses how to implement high quality and high efficiency Chinese teaching in middle schools.
