加味涤痰汤治疗缺血性脑卒中后轻度认知障碍临床观察

Clinical observation of mild cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke treatment efficacy flavored ditan decoction

目的:观察加味涤痰汤治疗缺血性脑卒中后轻度认知障碍的临床疗效。方法:将60例缺血性脑卒中后轻度认知障碍患者随机分为2组,均给予常规治疗,对照组30例在此基础上给以尼莫地平片口服对照治疗,治疗组30例在对照组的基础上予以加味涤痰汤口服治疗。2组治疗时间为3个月,治疗前后分别比较两组的总疗效、简明精神状态检查量表MMSE评分、日常生活活动能力量表ADL评分、神经功能缺损评分NIHSS评分及中医辨证量表(SDSVD)评分。结果:两组总疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),2组治疗后MMSE、ADL评分较治疗前均升高,且治疗组升高更明显(P<0.05),NIHSS评分及中医辨证量表(SDSVD)评分较治疗前均降低,且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:加味涤痰汤治疗缺血性脑卒中后轻度认知障碍疗效确切。

Objective：Ditan decoction flavored observe the clinical efficacy of mild cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke treatment.Methods：The mild cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke,60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,were given conventional treatment,the control group of 30 patients given oral nimodipine tablets on the basis of the control treatment,the treatment group of 30 patients to be flavored on the basis of the control group Ditan decoction treatment.2group treatment period of 3months,the total effects of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,the Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE score,ADL activities of daily living scale score,neurological deficit scores NIHSS score and TCM Scale（SDSVD）score.Results：The total effects of the two groups,the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）,2group after treatment MMSE,ADL scores were higher than before treatment,and the treatment group increased more significantly（P〈0.05）,NIHSS score and former TCM scale（SDSVD）scores were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group reduced more significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Modified Ditan decoction after stroke mild cognitive impairment is effective.
