清热化湿方配合西药治疗阴道炎及对降低复发率的影响

Qingre Huashi decoction plus western medicine in the treatment of vaginitis and reducing the recurrence rate

目的:探讨中药方剂辅助治疗阴道炎临床疗效,同时观察其对阴道微生态的改善效果及降低复发率的影响。方法:分析我院所收治的1200例阴道炎患者临床病例及治疗情况;其中硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗者600例,为对照组;另600例为治疗组,加用清热化湿中药方剂;检测两组患者治疗前、后阴道冲洗液PH值、分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及白介素-1β(IL-1β)水平变化;统计两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分变化、临床疗效、不良反应;随访6个月,统计两组治愈患者复发人数。结果:两组患者治疗后sIgA、PH值、LDH及IL-1β水平较治疗前显著变化,且治疗组变化程度明显优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后中医证候积分较治疗前显著下降,且治疗组下降程度明显优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗组治疗总有效率96.0%,明显高于对照组67.0%,P<0.05;治疗组治疗期间不良反应率4.2%与对照组8.0%比较,P>0.05。治疗组治愈后复发率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:应用清热化湿中药方剂辅助治疗阴道炎疗效显著且安全。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine prescription vaginitis adjuvant therapy,while observing its improving effects on vaginal microflora and reduce the impact of relapse rate.Methods：Analysis of 1200 cases of clinical cases and treatment of vaginitis patients admitted I institutes;wherein Nifuratel Nystatin vaginal soft capsules treatment 600 cases,as the control group;the other 600 cases for the treatment group,plus heat and dampness medicine were detected in patients before and after treatment of vaginal fluid PH value,secretory immunoglobulin A（sIgA）,lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）and interleukin-1β（IL-1β）level changes;statistical treatment of two groups of patients prescription TCM syndrome score before and after the change,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions;follow-up of six months,the number of patients with recurrent statistical groups cure.Results：After treatment sIgA,PH value,LDH and IL-1βlevels than before treatment significantly change,and the degree of change in the treatment group than the control group,P〈0.05;symptom scores decreased significantly compared with before treatment TCM treatment,and the extent of the treatment group decreased significantly than the control group,P〈0.05.The total efficiency of the treatment group was 96.0%,significantly higher than 67.0%,P〈0.05;rate of adverse reactions during treatment,4.2% and 8.0%in the control group comparison,P〉0.05.After the treatment group were cured recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Application of heat and dampness prescription medicine adjuvant treatment of vaginitis significant effects and safety.
