活血化瘀软坚散结法治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床观察

The effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of endometriosis

目的:研究探讨中医活血化瘀、软坚散结法对子宫内膜异位症患者的影响,总结临床用药经验。方法:选择我院收治的子宫内膜异位症妇女58例,设为治疗组,给予中医活血化瘀软坚散结法治疗,再选择同期体检健康的妇女58例,作为健康对照组,观察比较治疗组治疗前后性腺内分泌指标和免疫应答相关指标的水平变化。结果:治疗组妇女治疗前内分泌、免疫应答及神经系统相关指标与健康对照组相比,均存在明显差异,P<0.05;治疗8周后,治疗组妇女内分泌、免疫应答及神经系统相关指标与治疗前相比,均出现明显变化,P<0.05;而与健康对照组相比,差异不显著,P>0.05。结论:中医活血化瘀软坚散结法治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效明显,可通过对神经-内分泌-免疫网络进行整体调节,进而全面改善机体功能。

Objective：To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine,blood stasis and blood stasis,and to explore the effects of the treatment of nerve endocrine immune network in patients with endometriosis.Methods：58women with endometriosis in our hospital were selected as the treatment group,treated with traditional Chinese medicine,blood stasis and blood stasis,58 cases were selected as healthy control group.Results：There were significant differences in endocrine,immune responses and neurological index between the treatment group and healthy control group in the treatment of 8weeks after treatment,compared with the control group,P 〈0.05.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and resolving the treatment of endometriosis is obvious,can be adjusted by the nerve endocrine immune network,comprehensive treatment of the whole body function.
