摘要
随着知识经济的蓬勃发展,知识已经被认为是企业最重要的资源,知识转移成为企业取得竞争优势的基础。因此,研究知识如何在组织之间流动转移,已经是当前知识管理研究领域的一个热点问题。文章基于社会资本视角,对国内外知识转移的相关文献进行了梳理,并在研究层次和研究角度两个方面进行了归纳总结。通过相关文献的归纳,进一步总结出社会资本的关系维、结构维、认知维,以及不同知识类型对知识转移的影响因素。最后,在此基础上我们得出结论,在知识转移的过程中,社会资本的各维度和知识特性都会对组织的知识转移产生影响。但是目前的文献大多关注于社会资本和知识特性对知识转移的正向影响,而关于它们对知识转移的负向影响和交互影响的研究却比较少,这也是今后研究的方向。
Wi th the booming development of knowledge economy, knowledge is considered as the most important resource for enterprises, and knowledge transfers have become the foundation of competitive advantages for enterprises. Therefore, it is a popular issue to study the knowledge transfer between organizations in the research field of knowledge management. The relevant literature of knowledge transfer theory from the perspective of social capital is summarized, and the research levels and angle of this research are also provided. Through the relevant literature, the influence factors are related with social capital including relationship dimension,structural dimension, cognitive dimension and different knowledge types on knowledge transfer. Based on this point of view, the result is that the dimensions of social capital and knowledge characteristics can affect the organization's knowledge transfer in the process of knowledge transfer. However, most of the literatures focus on the positive impact of social capital and knowledge characteristics on knowledge transfer, while the study of negative and interaction impact of knowledge transfer is limited, which should be the direction of future research.
