摘要
为了得到碳化物分布均匀的高合金工具钢材料,对比了扁方圆和方圆2种锻造方法对共晶碳化物的分布特点及晶粒大小的影响,发现采用扁方圆的锻造方法可以更有效地破碎钢材芯部的碳化物,改善碳化物条带状分布。
To obtain the high-alloy tool steel with uniformly-distributed carbides,the influences of the two forging methods such as flat-square-round forging and square-round forging on the distribution characteristics of the eutectic carbide and grain size were compared.It was found that flat-square-round forging method could break up the carbides in the core of steel efficiently and improve the distribution of banded carbides.
