摘要
为了解决传统无取向电工钢在降低铁损的同时磁感下降的问题,在普通冷轧高牌号无取向硅钢W10的基础上,通过提高钢质纯净度并适当降低Si和Al的总量,添加少量辅助元素X,用正交法优化常化和成品退火工艺,进行中试试验和大生产试制,研制出0.35 mm高效电机用无取向电工钢35W300。分析了产品的磁性、组织、表面织构和析出相,发现添加辅助元素X、提高常化温度和成品退火温度可改善产品磁性能。35W300钢的磁性典型值铁损P1.5/50为2.41 W/kg,磁感B5000为1.73 T,该产品实现了低铁损和高磁感,可满足高效电机的要求。
The magnetic induction of the conventional non-oriented electrical steel would decrease if its iron loss decreased.To solve the problem,based on the conventional cold rolled high grade nonoriented electrical steel W 10,a 0.35 mm thick non-oriented electrical steel 35W300 for high-efficiency motor was developed in laboratory and in large-scale trial production by improving the purity of the steel,decreasing Si and Al content,adding a small amount of auxiliary element X,and optimizing normalizing process and annealing technology of the finished products through orthogonal method.The magnetic properties,the microstructure,the surface texture and the precipitated phase of the products were analyzed and the results showed that the magnetic properties could be improved by adding auxiliary element X,increasing the normalizing and annealing temperatures of the product.The typical magnetic properties of 35W300 steel were P_(1.5/50)=2.41 W /kg and B_(5000) = 1.73 T.The product which had low iron loss and high magnetic induction could meet the requirement of highefficiency motor.
