摘要
为了优化品种结构,降低生产成本,通过合理的成分及工艺设计,采用LD—LF—RH—小方坯连铸工艺,开发试制了高碳铬轴承钢GCr15。对成品棒材成分、夹杂物、金相组织等进行了分析,结果表明:热轧态组织为珠光体加网状渗碳体,夹杂物、碳化物偏析及热顶锻等指标均满足GB/T 18254-2006的要求。
To optimize the product mix and decrease production cost,a high carbon chromium bearing steel GCrl5 was developed through designing the reasonable composition and process and adopting LD- LF- RH-billet continuous casting process route.The composition,inclusion and micro structure of the finished product were analyzed.The results showed that the hot rolling micro structure was pearlite and reticulated cementite,and the inclusion,the carbide segregation and hot forging all met the requirements of GB/T 18254-2006.
