摘要
研究了一种以煤为骨料的相似材料制成的模拟煤壁,该煤壁由煤、水泥和减水剂混合而成,坚固性系数与煤炭基本一致,并具备煤的层理和节理结构。该煤壁被用于刨煤机工作面成套设备可靠性研究,用于刨煤机工作面成套设备关键零部件在不同载荷情况下静力学、动力学研究,用于全自动刨煤机开采工艺的地面模拟试验研究等。该模拟煤壁的研究为刨煤机的优化、整体性能的提升提供了重要的试验平台。
