摘要
煤矿井下所使用的设备必须满足标准GB 3836—2010要求的防爆设备,以保证煤矿的安全正常生产。通过有限元分析方法,设计采用了不同结构的材料进行比较,提出防爆壳体轻薄化的设计理念。以最大限度保证产品安全可靠性,降低成本。
To ensure the safe and regular production of coal mine, the equipment used in the coal mine must meet the explosion proof equipment required by the standard GB 3836-2010. By finite element analysis method, compares the different structure of the material and put forward the design idea of the light weight of the explosion proof shell to maximize the safety and reliability of the product and reduce the cost.
