摘要
针对薄煤层采煤工艺中,炮采工作面人工装煤存在工人劳动强度大、效率低及安全性差等问题设计研制一种薄煤层连续式装煤机。采用电动全液压传动,使之结构紧凑、推进力大、不留死角,也不需人工辅助清理工作面;采用液压马达驱动履带行走机构,使之结构紧凑﹑机动灵活、性能可靠。工作时将铲板插入料堆中,通过马达旋转装置的旋转扒爪,将物料拨转到铲板的活动挡板上滑入刮板输送机中。主要动作采用无线遥控比例阀控制,实际应用中,操作简便,平稳可靠,极大地减轻了工人的劳动强度,取得了良好的效果。
Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity, low efficiency and poor safety in manual blasting working area during current thin coal layer mining technology, designs a thin coal layer continuous loading machine. Adopts electric full hydraulic drive in order to compact the structure, enhance pushing force, prevent blind comer and dispense the manpower of cleaning task the work surface. Adopts hydraulic motor driven crawler traveling mechanism so as to compact the structure and achieve a more flexible and reliable performance. When working with the shovel plate into the pile, through rotation of the claw in the motor rotating device, the material is transferred to the movable baffle plate of the shovel plate. The main action uses the wireless remote control proportional valve. In practical application, the operation is simple, stable and reliable, enormously reduces the labor intensity of workers, and achieved good results.
