摘要
利用1961-2014年资料,采用K指数、Ren、正态分布等方法对吉林省夏季区域性干旱事件的时空特点进行了分析,确定了干旱事件评估指标,对干旱事件进行了监测和试评估。结果表明:1961-2013年吉林省出现87次夏季区域性干旱事件,干旱事件的持续时间一般在7-30d,最大影响范围集中在25-40站,干旱事件呈初夏后夏多盛夏少的特点,本世纪以来吉林省夏季区域性干旱事件处于多发阶段。干旱事件多发区出现在吉林省中西部。干旱事件的监测及评估指标业务应用较好。
Based on the data from 1961 to 2014, spatial -temporal characteristics of regional summer drought e- vents in Jilin Province were analyzed, and the regional drought events evaluation index were determined; regional summer drought event was monitored and the test evaluation were conducted by using K index, Ren and normal distribution methods. The result showed that regional summer drought events in Jilin Province happened 87 times during 1961 -2013. Further analysis revealed that the durations were generally between 7 -30d and the maxi- mum impacted scopes varied in 25 -40 stations. The events in early summer and late summer were more, and the events in the middle summer were less. Thet regional summer drought events in Jilin Province were getting in- to the frequently - occurring stage since this century. The Midwest of Jilin Province had the highest drought fre- quency and intensity. The monitoring and evaluation index of drought events had better application in the busi- ness.
