摘要
在生产联二脲过程中,以盐酸代替硫酸进行缩合反应。先冷却反应母液,并通过真空袋式过滤机将联二脲从母液中分离出来;再经过蒸发分别得到氯化钠、氯化铵;蒸发出的水回收用于ADC生产装置。
Hydrochloric acid was substituted for sulfuric acid in the condensation reaction for biurea production. Firstly, reaction mother liquor was cooled, followed by separation of biurea in a vacuum bag filter; secondly, the mother liquor was vaporized to obtain sodium chloride and ammonium chloride, and evaporated water was recovered and returned to ADC production facility.
