摘要
对40只肌肉麻痹、切断双侧颈迷走神经、人工通气的家兔,研究电刺激“人中”灾区所致膈神经放电变化的机理.切断眶下神经,膈神经放电效应消失;刺激眶下神经中枢端引起相似的效应;叠体间去大脑不影响上述效应的性质;延髓呼吸相关神经元的电活动的改变,与膈神经电活动的改变相适应。结果表明,电刺激家兔“人中”穴区所致膈神经放电的变化是神经反射性的,延髓呼吸相关神经元在此反射中有重要作用。
Experiments were performed on ure-thane anesthetzed, bivagotomized,flaxedil paralyzed and artificially ventilatedrabbits.The effects of stimulation of 'Ren-zhong' (Du 26) on phrenic discharge werenot caused secondarily by blood pressurealteration.The effects were abolished bybilateral section of infraorbital nerves,weresimilar to those of stimulation of the centralend of the infraorbital nerve.and were not qualitatively changed by mid-colliculi dece-rebration. The responses of the bulbar res-piratory related neurons were coordinatedwith those of the phrenic nerve to stimula-tion of 'Renzhong', i.e., the responsesof almost all of the inspiratory neuronswere consistent with phrenic responses andthose of the most of the expiratory neuronswere contrary to them. It can be concludedthat the effects of electrical stimulation of'Renzhong' on phrenic discharge resultfrom the nervous reflex. Its afferent isinfraorbital nerve and the hignr centersare not essential for it. The bolber respira-tory related neurons might play an impor-tant part in it.
