摘要
自动换刀系统是实现刀具交换,储存的重要功能部件,能有效缩短加工时间,提高加工精度,适合柔性加工。本文以一种圆盘刀库自动换刀系统为例,利用PLC强大的逻辑处理能力重点设计了其刀库选刀控制系统,并介绍了如何利用机械手进行换刀的方法。验证表明:基于PLC的圆盘刀库换刀系统,结构简单、成本低,操作简单,定位准确,能够满足自动换刀系统功能及工艺要求,而且在此方案基础上略加修改即可适用于类似大型刀库的换刀要求,实现升级。
Automatic tool Changing System is a important features to realize the tool switching and storage. it can shorten the processing time effectively, improve the machining precision, and is suitable for flexible manufacture. The paper,takes a kind of circular automatic tool changer system as an example,design its disc knife library change knife control system,based on the powerful logic processing ability of PLC.And introduces the method how to use robots to change tool. Validation showed that the disc knife library change knife system based on PLC, has simple structure, low cost, simple operation, accurate positioning and can satisfy the automatic tool change system function and technical requirements, futher more, the solution can be modified slightly to suit the similar large automatic tool changer requirement, that is realize the upgrade.
