本文以西门子S7-300系列PLC为控制核心,建立了三层结构的电能质量管理与节能管理系统。终端采集层完成现场数据的采集功能;中央控制层完成数据的预处理、通信和控制等功能;管理层完成数据监视、设备管理、报警、Web发布等功能。

The Siemens S7-300 series PLC is chosen as a research object for establishin g a three layer structure of plant electric quality monitoring and energy saving management System.Site collection layer to complete the electric equipment of electrical parameter acquisi tion; central control layer to complete the data pre processing, communication, control and so on; data presentation layer to complete the picture presentation, management, alarm, and w eb publishing functions.
