腹腔镜与开腹卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗效果及其对卵巢功能影响的研究

Excluding the effect of the treatment and its impact on ovarian function in laparoscopic and open ovarian cysts

目的研究分析腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术的治疗效果及其对卵巢功能的影响。方法选取本院100例卵巢囊肿患者作为本次研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组49例,观察组51例,对照组患者采用传统开腹手术方式治疗,观察组患者采用腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术进行治疗。比较两组的手术效果和术后月经恢复情况、性激素变化情况以及围绝经期综合征表现情况。结果 1两组手术时间差异无显著性(P>0.05);但是观察组的术中出血量、术后下床时间和住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。2两组患者手术前激素水平比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),两组术后1个月均出现雌二醇水平下降,术后3个月均出现雌二醇水平升高,术后1个月与术前和术后3个月比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);两组术后1个月、3个月均出现促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素水平升高,促卵泡生成素与术前比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),促黄体生成素术后1个月与术前和术后3个月比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);但术后3个月与术前比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),且观察组与对照组术后1个月、3个月之间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。3两组患者术后均随访12个月,观察组的月经恢复情况、围绝经期综合表现情况与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗卵巢囊肿效果明显且安全性好,值得推广。

Objective Research and analysis of laparoscopic excision of ovarian cysts treatment effect and its impact on ovarian function. Method Select hospital 100 cases of ovarian cysts as the object of this study were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 49 cases in which the control group and 51 patients in the control group of patients in the observation group using traditional open surgical treatment, the observation group were treated with intraperitoneal mirror ovarian cyst excision treatment. Comparison of the two groups of surgical results and postoperative recovery period, the performance of sex hormone changes in circumstances and perimenopausal syndrome. Result 1The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant operative time（P〉0.05）; but the observation group blood loss, postoperative ambulation and hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）. 2 Groups differences in hormone levels before surgery in patients with no significant difference（P〉0.05）, postoperative month are declining estradiol E2 levels after three months were elevated E2 levels appear, after a month and preoperative and postoperative three months with a difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; postoperative 1 month, 3 months average appear follitropin FSH, LH levels increased generation luteinizing hormone, FSH and surgery before comparison the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）, LH after one month before and three months after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; but the first three months after the surgery showed no statistically significant（P〉0.05）, and the observation group and control group after one month, the difference between 3 month was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. 3Two groups of patients were followed up for 12 months after surgery menstrual recovery of the observation group, perimenopausal comprehensive performance situation and the control group had no significant difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic excision of ovarian cyst treatment of ovarian cysts effect is obvious, and the security is good, worthy of promotion.
